13-Year-Old Duct-Taped on Flight to L.A.

A 13-year old boy was the last passenger to board a plane in the hot seat...and then be duct-taped to that seat.Witnesses told CBS L.A. about the incident on American Airlines' flight from Maui, California to L.A. This week. The child tried to kick the window in front of him and then became violent with his mother around an hour into the flight.Soon, the flight attendants and passengers began to hold him down and wrap him in a chair. This was partially captured on video.According to the outlet, the plane had a reroute and made an emergency landing in Honolulu. Authorities took the boy into custody.
