You also agree to receive partner offers.According to CNN, Southwest Airlines, American Airlines, and Delta Air Lines won't require employees who are not vaccinated to get a COVID-19 vaccination.The airlines won't follow United Airlines' lead, which mandated all employees to be vaccinated by October 25, or they risk losing their jobs.CNN reviewed an internal memo that Gary Kelly, CEO of Southwest Airlines, said that the company would "continuely strongly encourage" workers to get immunized, but not be required to do so.Kelly wrote that he was "Obviously, I am very worried about the Delta variant, and its effect on the safety and health of our employees, and our operation," Kelly claimed.We are encouraging all of our employees to get vaccinated and offer an incentive to those who do.
