Joe Haden's agent approaches Pittsburgh Steelers about extension

(1:57).PITTSBURGH -- Steelers Pro Bowl Cornerback Joe Haden entered the final year of his contract and made it clear that he wanted to stay in Pittsburgh.Drew Rosenhaus, Haden’s agent, approached the team to extend his client's contract, Rosenhaus informed ESPN's Adam Schefter Tuesday.Schefter was told by Rosenhaus that Joe wants to end his career with Steelers.Haden, 32, and his team signed a $22 million, two-year extension in 2019. After being released by the Cleveland Browns, Haden signed a three year $27 million deal with the Steelers. Haden was the seventh overall pick in the 2010 draft.Haden joined the Steelers in 2014 and has been a consistent player in the secondary. He has had 10 interceptions, 48 passes defensed, and two forced fumbles over 56 games. After racking up five interceptions, Haden was nominated for a Pro Bowl nomination in 2019.
