Bam Margera Sues Johnny Knoxville, 'Jackass' Team Over Firing

Bam Margera is suing his friends for being kicked out of the Jackass franchise he has been part of for decades... Claiming he was forced into signing an agreement that he claimed amounted psychological torture.According to legal documents, Bam is suing Johnny Knoxville and Spike Jonze for their firing.He says the men forced him to sign a "wellness contract" while he was in rehabilitation in 2019, in order for him to be part of the upcoming movie, 'Jackass Forever. But Bam claims that he did not have the opportunity to review it with an attorney.Bam claims that he was subject to drug and alcohol testing and forced to take prescription drugs. This left him feeling depressed and drained and severely limited his ability to travel and work.Bam was eventually kicked out of the fourth installment 'Jackass' because he failed to follow the terms. Bam was axed for testing positive to Adderall -- something that he claims he has been prescribed for 10 years.According to the lawsuit, Bam was treated unfairly by Paramount and the "Jackass" team.
