She also accused the Duke of York for sexually abusing her when she was 17.Insider has previously heard from representatives of Prince Andrew that they "categorically" refuted any suggestion of improper conduct with minors.David Boies, a 37-year-old attorney for Roberts, told the Mail that he was preparing a lawsuit to seek damages.According to Jeffrey Epstein, the suit would be based on his loan of her to Prince Andrew for sexual sex and [her] being younger than 18."
