ABC News reports that Davis was on a ventilator for six days before his death.Charnese Davis, his wife, said that he was eager to get the vaccine as soon as he gets out of the hospital.He was at the hospital. Davis said that he told Davis, "Bae, I'm going get the vaccine when you get out of here," He was going to get it. I was like "Good. It's too late.According to reports, Dr. R. Shaun Ferguson was the pastor at Faith Temple Christian Center and helped coordinate a COVID-19 vaccination and testing site for Davis' wake and funeral. The community will be able to receive Johnson & Johnson or Pfizer vaccines at the event.The highly contagious Delta variant of the virus, which is reportedly as infectious as chickenpox has been spreading rapidly throughout the US. USA Today reported that health officials warned that the most vulnerable people are those who have not been vaccinated."Now, we are seeing things completely shift because of this delta variant. Marquis was 28 years old. He had the rest his life ahead of him.
