This follows a Thursday hearing, where a judge raised safety concerns for Chandler and the public. The Daily Progress reports.Since 2007, Chandler has been subject to a trolling campaign, which began on the alt-right website 4chan. She has been doxxed and stalked throughout her life.A purported phone call that Chandler apparently made last week was leaked online. It showed Chandler admitting to having sex in public with her mother.Chandler was taken into custody by Henricho County Police and charged with incest on Sunday. He has been in prison ever since.Chandler's case was transferred to another courtGreene Country General Judge Kenneth Andrew Sneathern appointed David Heilberg, a Charlottesville attorney, to represent Chandler. He then referred the case to Greene County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.Chandler asked for female pronouns during Thursday's hearing presided over JDR Judge David M. Barredo. She is being held in a prison that categorizes her as male, despite being transgender.Chandler, who was sworn in, asked the court to allow her to pick up personal belongings she had shared with her mother. She said that she would "willingly proceed with everything" if that could be done.According to reports, Edwin Consolvo was Green Commonwealth's attorney at the time and requested that Chandler be held at Central Virginia Regional Jail, Orange County, without bond. He said it was obvious that people wanted to find out where Chandler was.Chandler interrupted the proceedings by saying "I'm well-known on the internet". Heilberg, Chandler's attorney appointed by the state, told Chandler not to speak until she was spoken to.Heilberg told the court that Chandler would be evaluating him. Judge Barredo stated that Heilberg only had met Chandler that morning and that he could file for a bond review later.Chandler interrupted the proceedings and demanded that personal items be taken from his home.
