Britney Spears' personal conservator said that Britney was so mentally impaired that Britney suggested to Britney's father a month ago. She sounded "very distraught" about Britney’s behavior and general mental health.Jamie claims Jodi said to him Britney wasn't "timely or properly" taking her medication, was not following the advice of her medical team and refused to see any of her doctors.Jamie claims Jodi asked him for his assistance, but he claimed he didn't have access to Britney’s medical information because he wasn't in control since late 2018.Jamie said that Jodi had raised a 5150 mental hold as an option.Jamie said that Jodi also admitted that Britney's statements in open court last year were false, and that she attributed the falsehoods to her mental illness.Jamie said that he received an email from Jodi on July 13, 2021. She retracted the email and dismissed the need for a 5150.Jamie also takes aim at Britney’s new lawyer Mat Rosengart in the docs. He claims Rosengart's accusations of malfeasance are "unsubstantiated and vague allegations."He specifically disputes Rosengart's claim that Britney was denied a trip to Hawaii by Jamie. Jamie claims that this was false.Jamie explained that his sole motivation was his unconditional love for his child and his fierce desire to protect her against those who would take advantage of her.Jamie claims that he has "dutifully, faithfully and without any blemishes served as the conservator of his daughter's estate." He continues to state that the Estate was in debt when he arrived and was facing a lawsuit of 10's of million dollars.He said that he worked with a team to bring Britney back to health, reunite her children with her lost custody and revive her career.
