Britney Spears' Proposed Conservator Will Audit Jamie for Alleged Wrongdoing

Britney Spears made it clear that she does not want Jamie to be her conservator. Jason Rubin should take his place. Sources tell TMZ that Jamie will put Jamie under the microscope if and when he does.According to TMZ, sources with direct knowledge of the matter say that Rubin will conduct forensic accounting in order to determine if Jamie has mishandled Britney’s finances.Rubin, a CPA, dives into complex business and does this regularly. Based on the documents Britney's new lawyer Matt Rosengart has filed, there will be plenty to look at.Rosengart raised a big-ticket item: a $500,000 payment to Britney’s former business manager, Tri Star Sports & Entertainment Group. Tri Star had been getting a 5% percent commission on Britney's gross entertainment-related income, and when she was performing the company was getting a bundle because Britney was making an enormous amount of money.Britney's hiatus in 2019 saw Tri Star's annual income drop to $200,000 per year. Jamie was contacted by a representative of the company to request that the minimum be raised to $500,000. Jamie agreed to it despite the existence of a Tri Star agreement which didn't allow it to receive the $300,000.Rosengart also mentioned Jamie's request to pay more than $1.3million in attorney's fees. This included $541,000 for "media issues." Rosengart clearly believes that "media matters" are B.S.Rosengart was furious that Jamie paid himself $16,000 per month -- Rosengart claims that's $2K more then Britney got.TMZ broke the story. Britney wants her father out immediately. Britney also wants the judge to move the hearing date from late August to August or to suspend Jamie immediately pending the hearing.
