Trevor Bauer Accuser's Alleged Injuries Revealed, Couldn't Be Consensual, Attorney Claims

Trevor Bauer claims he has evidence that his accuser admitted to writing that at least one of their sexual encounters were "consensual."In a new court filing, the L.A. Dodgers' star claimed that he and his representatives obtained text messages between his accuser (her cousin) and that she had admitted that at most one night Bauer's crude sexual acts were consensual.Bauer claims that the text exchange took place on May 16, the day after their second sexual encounters. The Dodgers' star said the woman was talking to her cousin about having sex.Bauer replied, "How are you doing there dude?""Dude. "Not good," she replied.Bauer states that Bauer was asked about what happened. She showed Bauer a photo of her bruised, swollen face and said, "He felt so terrible." It was so terrible! I feel fine, but !?!?" is a terrible idea.Bauer claims that the cousin replied, "Ok ok, I thought he was actually violent." It doesn't matter if it was conscientious, I don’t have to kill him.Bauer claims that the woman said, "It wasn't consensual, but I didnt expect two dark eyes!" He took it too far, don't you think?Bauer and his lawyers claim that the messages prove that the MLB player didn't sexually assault the woman in the docs. However, the attorney for the accuser is calling B.S. It all comes down to Bryan Freedman, the accuser's attorney, saying that B.S. was calling Bryan.Freedman said, "She did not consent to being punched in the face, punched on her head, punched into her buttocks, or repeatedly punched through her vagina."Police say they are investigating Bauer, who is currently on administrative leave with the Dodgers. In the meantime, court hearings to decide if Bauer should receive a permanent restraining or not are scheduled to continue this month.
