DeSantis to Biden: 'I don't want to hear a blip about COVID from you'

TALLAHASSEE Governor Ron DeSantis attacked President Joe Biden after Biden had told him to stop putting mask mandates in his way.DeSantis accused Biden, during a Wednesday stop in Panama City, of aiding COVID-19 by failing to secure the border with Mexico. DeSantis claimed that immigrants who cross the border are spreading the virus in all forms.DeSantis stated that there are hundreds of thousands of people crossing every month. They are not only letting them through but they also farm them all over the country, putting their passengers on planes and buses. Are they worried about COVID? No.He stated that immigrants were coming from all parts of the world to cross the border.He is not stopping the virus from spreading. DeSantis stated that Biden is helping to facilitate the virus.DeSantis asked why you haven't made this border secure. I don't want to hear anything about COVID until you do.Biden had on Tuesday criticised Governor Biden's opposition to mask mandates. DeSantis' comments were made after DeSantis.We need to have leadership from all of us. Biden stated that if some governors don't want to do what is right to stop this pandemic they should give businesses and universities the opportunity to do so. These governors, please help. If you don't want to help, please at least try to get out of the way for those who do the right thing.
