Joe Biden Said Andrew Cuomo Should Resign After An Investigation Into Allegations Of Sexual Harassment

President Joe Biden called for Gov. Andrew Cuomo was asked by President Joe Biden to resign, but he refused to say if he thinks the governor should face prosecution. An independent investigation revealed that the New York governor had harassed state employees.He should resign, I believe. I am aware that the state legislature could decide to impeach. That is something I don't know for certain. Biden stated that he has not yet read all of the data.After Letitia James, New York's Attorney General, announced that investigators found Cuomo had harassed state employees and created a hostile work environment. Cuomo also violated federal and state laws. Democrats from all over New York called for Cuomo to resign within hours of the report's publication. Some reiterating earlier statements, others made similar demands.Biden did not call on Cuomo immediately to resign after a series public allegations. He told ABC News George Stephanopoulos in March that Cuomo should resign if the investigation found that the reports were credible.Biden declined to answer reporters Tuesday about whether he believes the governor should face prosecution. He said that he had not read the report and that his comments in March, when he told Stephanopoulos he believed Cuomo could face trial if the investigation found the allegations credible, were untrue.Although the 168-page report was part of a civil investigation it does not necessarily mean that the governor will be facing criminal charges. The investigation team said that the governor was not the main focus of their investigations and that the evidence could be viewed by police departments to decide if further action is necessary.Cuomo released a video statement after the investigation findings were made public. He denied the findings and claimed that his behavior to convey warmth was being used.Cuomos' legal response also included numerous photos of Biden hugging politicians and the governor hugging people.Biden answered reporters when asked if he supported Cuomos self defense, including photos, and said that he was not going to fly-speck.While I am sure that there were some innocent embraces, the attorney general ruled that there were certain things that were not.
