Apple today announced that mobile student IDs will be available in the Wallet app for the upcoming school year. This includes Auburn University, Northern Arizona University and University of Maine.The Wallet app will allow mobile student IDs to be created in real time. This includes Sheridan College and the University of New Brunswick.Jennifer Bailey, Apple's vice-president of Apple Pay, stated that "We're thrilled to work with more US schools and introduce mobile student IDs to Canada to provide secure and convenient ways to get around campus using iPhone and Apple Watch." Students and faculty love using the Apple Watch and iPhone to access buildings and purchase meals.
