I decided to compare some cards and share my opinions on which one makes the most sense.Quick Comparison: Chase Sapphire PreferredBoth are Chase cards with Preferred in their names, so I thought it would make sense to compare the Ink Preferred and the Chase Sapphire Preferred Card (review). What is the difference between these cards? The Ink Preferred card is for business, while the Sapphire Preferred card is for personal use. Both cards currently have outstanding welcomes. The Ink Business Preferred offers a bonus bonus of 100,000 Points, while the Sapphire Preferred has a bonus bonus of 100,000 Points with a lower spending requirement.Ink Preferred gives you up to 3x points for travel; Sapphire Preferred offers 2x points for diningThe Ink Preferred provides cell phone protection. The Sapphire Preferred does not. This comparison is simply because they both have Preferred in their names. However, I believe the Ink Preferred card is more complete. The Sapphire Preferreds bonus, which is currently available, is quite remarkable and makes it worth your while.Complements: Ink Business Cash and Ink Business UnlimitedThe Ink Business Preferred Chase's premium business credit card is available, but there are also the Ink Business Unlimited Credit Card and Ink Business Cash Credit Card (review). These cards can be great complements and it is possible to have all three. I have all three.Other cards offer sign up bonuses of up to 75,000 points and no annual fees. They also offer great bonus categories.Ink Business Unlimited gives 1.5x points for all purchases. This is the card that I use every day, and it's also non-bonused.Ink Business Cash offers 5x points for the first $25,000 combined purchase per cardmember-year on office supplies, internet, cable TV and mobile phones. 2x points are offered on the first $25,000 combined purchase per cardmember-year on restaurants and gas stationsFor a complete comparison of all three cards, see hereEarn Cash Back InsteadThe Ink Business Preferred is a good option for most businesses. However, there is one exception. The Ink Preferred is not recommended if you are looking for a cash-back business card. It is a great card for travel rewards.Consider a card such as the American Express Blue Business Card (review), which does not have an annual fee (Rates and Fees), and gives 2% cashback on your first $50,000 in calendar year. After that, it is 1%.Chase Ink Business SummaryInk Business Preferred Card has my highest rating. It is the best-rounded business credit card. This card comes with a huge sign-up bonus and incredible 3x points categories to help businesses spend on common categories.
