At least one woman who made her claims public was also retaliated upon. Cuomo harassed the women through unwelcome, non-consensual touching, and many sexually suggestive comments that created a hostile environment for women at work, James, a Democrat announced at a Tuesday press confer. Anne Clark and JamesJoon Kim, two outside lawyers, conducted the months-long investigation. They spoke with 179 witnesses and analyzed more than 74,000 pieces.
