Air Canada Aeroplan & Chase Launch US Partnership

Late 2020 saw the announcement of a new partnership between Air Canada Aeroplan (Canada) and Chase. An exciting news update is available on this front. As of today, Chase Ultimate Rewards can be transferred to Air Canada Aeroplan. The waitlist for Air Canada's new credit card in America has opened. This will offer an additional bonus if you are added to the list.Aeroplan joins Chase Ultimate RewardsToday, August 3, 2021, the Air Canada Aeroplan program was added to Chase Ultimate Rewards as a transfer partner. This is a great addition to the program. Points can be transferred at a 1:1 ratio.For some context:Air Canada is now the latest Chase Ultimate Rewards partnerThis adds to Ultimate Rewards' value. Although I love Ultimate Rewards points and I do enjoy them, the program's value has declined since Korean Air SkyPass was discontinued as a partner some years ago.United MileagePlus is the only transfer partner Chase has that is unique compared to other programs. World of Hyatt and World of Hyatt are the others. United MileagePlus has very few benefits that are comparable to other programs. The card is not yet available to applicants. However, you can join the waitlist to receive 10,000 bonus Aeroplan Miles in addition to the launch offer. It is simple to join the waitlist. All you need is your first name, email address and password.You'll have to wait to see the details, but it is something I look forward to, especially considering the excellent co-brand Chase travel credit cards.Aeroplan's leadership is brilliant and great at engaging members.
