Terry Kennedy, a skateboarding legend, has been arrested for 1st-degree Murder. TMZ Sports has the details.According to a spokesperson from the DuPage County State's Attorney's Office, the charge was filed Monday afternoon after Kennedy was allegedly attacked at a motel in Illinois last week. Kennedy died on the weekend.According to our sources, Kennedy was summoned to appear in court for a bond hearing following the filing... but the proceedings were continued up until Tuesday morning.Kennedy now faces life behind bars if convicted.According to reports, Kennedy attacked Josiah Kassahun, 23, in Oakbrook Terrace (IL) on July 27, according to officials. He then fled the scene.The details of the incident remain hazy.Kennedy was finally located and arrested. He was initially booked for several offenses, including aggravated assault in a place public and threatening to harm a public official.Kennedy was charged with murder after Kassahun's Saturday death was ruled a homicide by the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.Kennedy's representatives have been reached for comment.
