A woman declared dead suddenly wakes up. This is the strangest episode in Post Mortem No One Dies In Skarnes, a Norwegian horror series which will soon be available on Netflix. The fact that the brother of the deceased woman runs the local funeral home makes things even more complicated. There are also some supernatural reasons for the business not being booming. It looks like a charming blend of pitch-black comedy and monstrous mystery with plenty of rivers of blood.You are not who you think you're, Live Hallangen (Kathrine Johansen), is shown in this trailer. We don't know if she is a vampire with her heightened senses and thirst for red blood. She is a zombie considering that she is extremely dead and suddenly awake again. Is it her mother who passed something on to her, or the town that has somehow brought her back? What is the cause of her death? There isn't a lot of Norwegian horror films in America. The recent exceptions are Dead Snow, Trollhunter and Lake of Death. It's exciting to see Netflix bringing more Scandinavian-themed movies to the forefront. Post Mortem was directed by Harald Zwart, Petter Holmsen (Holmsen also penned the series), and stars Elias Holmen Srensen and Andre Srum.Post Mortem: There is no one who dies in Skarnes.
