The video shows Michael screaming the word, before Sophia tells Sophia that Sophia got him on video and that this would be the end for him. Sophia claimed that Michael was screaming at Sophia for five minutes straight after going on "power trips."It happened almost two weeks ago. Sophia claims that she was suspended for not being paid in a separate TikTok, but Michael was not suspended. According to TMZ, a spokesperson for the burger restaurant said that Michael was fired and Sophia was paid back.The spokesperson stated, "We do not tolerate harassment at work." We acted quickly to address this situation and suspended the parties involved in an investigation.
