She was admitted to emergency after contracting COVID-19.She said that she would love to be allowed to go back in history and tell herself to get the vaccine. "I was so anxious over how new it was."Wilson (pictured in the tweet below) assumed that she would be safe because she was young, healthy, and wouldn't have to catch COVID-19.She said that she thought the disease would be easy. She said, "It's complicated."According to the Winston-Salem Journal, Wilson was unable to breathe for almost two weeks after catching COVID-19. He was then admitted to the hospital on July 19, according the Winston-Salem Journal.WVEC, a local station of news, reported that "I can't do this again, it hurts to breathe,"Wilson is not the only one. Dr. Kinchit Shah is a professor of clinical assistant at the hospital and said that almost all his patients are not vaccinated.Shah stated, "They told us that they wish they could go back and change their minds or decide to get vaccinated."WFMY reports that Wilson's condition had stabilized and she was allowed to return home on July 23. However, Wilson received her first COVID-19 vaccination at the hospital before she could return home.Wilson stated, "You must have it or else you'll get sick."
