Terry Kennedy, a legendary skateboarder, will probably face homicide charges -- the man he allegedly assaulted in an Illinois motel has now died... Kennedy was arrested after cops claim he attacked Josiah at an Oakbrook Terrace motel. He left him with a fractured skull, and a concussion.Kennedy was initially booked for the assault, but prosecutors now need to look at adding a murder or manslaughter charge. For clarification, we reached out to DuPage State's Attorney's Office.We first reported that Kennedy was also arrested last week for threatening to kill the officers who found him and took him into custody for the alleged attack against Josiah.According to a police spokesperson, Kennedy said to cops that he would kill one of them. We kill police wherever I'm from."Although it's not clear what caused the motel attack, social media posts indicate that Kennedy and Kassahun were once friends.Kennedy, a well-known skater who has ridden with Rob Dyrdek as well as appeared in many skating video games, is still behind bars. During a hearing last week, the bail of the 36-year old was set at $100,000.Josiah's death has caused it to be likely that the jacked-up price will go up even more.
