Emotional Support Dog Dies On Hawaiian Airlines Flight

Hawaiian Airlines wants to know the identity of the owner of a 2-year-old emotional support animal.Louis, a pitbull named Louis, was supposed to travel with the cargo from Kona to Honolulu, then on to Seattle. But he never did. According to the dog's owner, the airline informed him that the dog had died in Honolulu. However, there were no explanations.The dog died on July 21. The owner is still waiting for the necropsy report. We are told that Hawaiian was radio silent at the time. Dr. Randall Carpio claims that the airline performed a necropsy, but has yet to give the report to him.Dr. Carpio claims that the airline hasn't given him the remains of the dog.Louis was a priority for Dr. Carpio. Dr. Carpio said that the dog was a friendly and engaging companion and that he was being trained to be an emotional support animal for children and the elderly. Dr. Carpio said that Louis was going to be a part of his medical team, providing support to his patients.Evan Oshan, Evan Oshan's lawyer for the dog owner, tells TMZ...We want to know what happened to Louis and if there was animal cruelty or neglect. We ask the government to investigate and file any necessary charges, if required. We are currently weighing all legal options. If necessary, we will take the appropriate steps and seek all legal remedies under the law in order to get justice for Louis.We are told by the lawyer that they are considering all legal options.
