Hayes Grier, a former Vine star and influencer all around, is facing serious North Carolina charges. He's accused of beating up a man and stealing his phone.After several arrest warrants were issued to bring him back from Cali where he has a home in Encino, the social media star was taken into custody and booked in Mecklenburg County.The warrants were obtained by TMZ. A judge found probable cause for the sicing of the hounds upon him based on preliminary evidence Charlotte police provided over an attack on Monday, for which Grier was believed to be responsible. This left the victim with serious injuries.Although the warrants do not provide a complete narrative of what happened, there is enough information to give an idea of the extent of the injuries sustained by William Markolf, who was allegedly attacked and then jacked his $1200 phone.We are waiting for your permission to load Instagram Media.Markolf was allegedly left with severe injuries from the alleged attack. Cops claim that Markolf suffered brain damage, a fractured left orbital bone (eyeball socket), bruised ribs and bleeding from the back. They are describing it as a major beating down.It is unclear what caused this. Grier is currently out on bail. He was booked for Common Law Robbery and Felony conspiracy.Police claim Grier was co-conspiring with Luke Foushee to commit the alleged crime, but he has not been arrested.Grier's Vine fame as a teenager has migrated to IG, YouTube and other platforms. He's also got scores of subscribers and followers... and continues to produce content as an adult. He was also the youngest contestant on DWTS in 2015 when he turned 15.
