Spain beat Ivory Coast 5-2 in extra time to bring them within reach of elimination.They looked like they were heading to the semi-finals when Max Gradel put Ivory Coast ahead 2-1 in the 90 minute added time.Rafa Mir, Wolves' striker, equalized with his first touch from the bench. He then scored twice in extra-time as Spain extended its lead to the final four matches for the first time since 1991.Mexico beat South Korea 6-3 in the first match, scoring seven goals. Mexico will now face Japan in the semi-final.They are just one win away of securing their first medal in men’s football since winning bronze at the 1968 Games.
