However, she holds dual citizenship and is eligible to represent Colombia. Her father, Hector, who moved from Colombia to play basketball at UTEP under the legendary coach Don Haskins, is her father.The Lions installed a camera on Friday so that players could leave practice and send congratulations to Gonzalez via social media, including Jared Goff, a fellow quarterback.Goff laughed and said, "David never speaks about you, but we don't know what's happening," before encouraging her to "do whatever you want."Blough uploaded a picture of his wife to Instagram and captioned it "My heart!" After her performance, Blough thanked the Lions for all they've done.Gonzalez was a Texas track and field athlete. He was paired with Morgan (Snow), a nine-time All-American hurdler, who is the wife of Marquise Goodwin, Chicago Bears wide receiver. Blough and Gonzalez were childhood friends who attended Creekview High School in Carrollton.She set the Colombian record for the event (55.68) at South American Championships in May.
