Two months after its release, a new, more complete version the human genome is already bearing fruits. It has shown a lot of genetic variation among people that could be responsible for diseases.
Megan Dennis, University of California, Davis, said that there were many variants.
Another study suggests that the new genome may finally reveal the functions and meanings of seemingly insignificant junk DNA. This DNA is repeatable, which indicates that it has
