County Sheriff's Department deputies on Friday. However, the Dr. wasn't seen in cuffs. Although it is not clear if Khadavi turned himself in, or was taken to another location, he was still booked for felony criminal threats.TMZ broke the story... Khadavi's homophobic tirade in July included threats to "blow their f***ing head off" at his WeHo condo complex. The video was obtained by TMZ. It showed Khadavi approaching the concierge at the front desk in a hostile way and talking smack to the residents of the building. He used the homophobic F-word to refer to them.Before he took his dog outside, he threatened to shoot them and kill them.
