Soon, a third Queen Elizabeth II will take over The Crown.Netflix released a first glimpse at Imelda Staunton who will play the queen role in The Crown's fifth season.The role was first played by Claire Foy in 2016. Olivia Colman followed her. Both actors stayed on for the next two seasons. Staunton was cast in Season 5, which was to be the last season of the show.
