Mark Hoppus of Blink-182 has been openly sharing his battle with cancer since June. He explained earlier this month that he was diagnosed with stage four diffuse large B cell lymphoma. The cancer spread from his bloodstream to other parts. Hoppus, despite tweeting about feeling like hot garbage and claiming my bloods are trying to kill me, has made it a point to be optimistic about his chances. Hoppus stated in the video that this was his first attempt to play Blink-182 songs for well over a decade. Blink-182 performed their last show without former guitarist Tom DeLonge in January last year. Rolling Stone reports that all three members of the original band were open to a reunion.Hoppus chemotherapy was his last update on July 19. He stated that his scans had shown that the treatment was working. This was his best news, even though it would mean that he still had months to go.
