Sources told ESPN's Jeff Passan that the Chicago White Sox have reached a deal with Cesar Hernandez, the Cleveland Indians' second baseman.According to a source, the Indians will be receiving Konnor Pilkington, a minor league pitcher from the White Sox. This left-hander is a veteran of Double-A.The White Sox are always looking for a second baseman and Hernandez is that man. Hernandez, 31, is now hitting.231/.307/.431 with 18 runs in his second season with the Indians.
