Jaxson Hayes, a New Orleans Pelicans centre, was taken into custody in Los Angeles early Wednesday morning following an alleged altercation.The Pelicans released a statement Wednesday afternoon stating that they were made aware of the Jaxson Hayes incident. "We are working with Jaxson's representatives and the NBA to collect more information. We will not have any further comment at this point."According to TMZ, officers were called to a Los Angeles home for a domestic disturbance. Hayes attempted to block officers from entering the property. Hayes was reportedly involved in a fight that ended in Hayes being shocked with a Taser and taken to a local hospital for minor injuries.
