Simone Biles won't be defending her Tokyo Games gold medal in all-around at the Tokyo Games. The Olympic superstar has pulled out of the competition in order to keep her mental health in mind.Biles, 24, withdrew from Tuesday's team finals. She was subject to further medical evaluation.
