AHS: Double Feature Season 10 Teaser: Scary Alien

This is a bold claim about American Horror Story. The series is known for marketing every new season as creepily as possible. The AHS campaign: Cult involving so many holesmust have awakened many latent cases trypophobia. Ryan Murphy's hit FX series Double Feature is back with a teaser.AdvertisementThe AHS faithful are more aware than anyone that promos for shows don't necessarily reflect actual content. They are mood-setters. Remember those retro-themed ads for AHS 1984? These set the tone for a season which was a slasher tribute with lots of pastel fashions, big hair and also featured a serial-killer deep dive and ghost story. We know very little about Double Feature, other than its cast. It will take place in two parts as the name implies. Also, maybe aliens. It's worth a look! Two worlds collide refers to the contrast settings (as the teaser shows, the two parts will be called Red Tide & Death Valley), as well as the terrifying creatures one might encounter at the beach or in desert. The teaser shows what looks like a merman (or whatever it is, its determinedly fierce) and an alien who is not here to seek intergalactic peace. It is unclear if these stories will continue to exist separately or merge as the racy, fang-filled trailer suggests.American Horror Stories is a spin-off series of the mothership that features standalone episodes. It's currently available on Hulu on FX. American Horror Story: Double Feature will introduce Macaulay Culkin to the cast, along with veteran AHS actors Evan Peters and Frances Conroy. It will be available on FX from August 25th and on Hulu the next day.Are you curious about where our RSS feed went. The new one can be found here.
