Apple announced today financial results for its third quarter fiscal 2021. This corresponds to the second quarter of the calendar year.Apple reported a quarter's revenue of $81.4billion and net quarterly profits of $21.7billion, which is $1.30 per share. This compares to the revenue of $59.7billion and net quarterly profits of $11.25billion, or $0.65, in the previous year. Apple's June quarter record-breaking top-line numbers were broken by the company.The quarter's gross margin was 43.3 percent compared to 38.0% in the previous year.
