Hunter Biden made a major move... to Malibu, a Southern California beach town rife with celebs -- TMZ has learned.Biden is renting a 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 2.5-bath house on 3,000 feet, just a mile from the ocean. It was sold in 2019 for $3.34million and is now available for rent at $20k per month.TMZ is told by neighbors that the house is crowded with Secret Service agents. According to one neighbor, the Secret Service approached him several days ago and asked if they would rent his house for a year. He politely declined.Biden's photo (above) was taken Monday while he was leaving for lunch with several others.According to Joe Biden, Joe's son moved about 4 months ago. However, it was kept low. The move seems to have been caused by him previously living in Venice, CA, in a house with very little privacy.According to our sources, he is very quiet.
