He said he is open to discussing a financial settlement, but that any agreement must remain public.Hardin stated that he did not want anyone to claim that the man paid the women to keep quiet.Tony Buzbee, Tony's lawyer, has stated that there won't be any settlements. He said it before, "not happening."Hardin says that 10 women have also filed criminal complaints with the police... and 2 of those women aren't involved in the civil case.
