(1:10)Why Damien Woody believes Indy will do "wonders" for Wentz (1.10)Frank Reich, Indianapolis Colts Coach, has been tested positive for COVID-19 even though he was vaccinated.Reich stated that he was asymptomatic and is fortunate to have been fully vaccinated. "I feel well and I look forward to returning once I am medically cleared."The Colts general manager Chris Ballard stated Monday that Reich will be allowed to return to camp on Monday.Ballard stated that Frank's positive test and no symptoms proves that [vaccination] works. "It's shameful that we have politicized something positive in our country."Sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter that four NFL players and 13 NFL staffers tested positive for COVID since they returned to work last month.Sources said that those numbers include positive results for one player and one staffer from the weekend. Reich tested positive Thursday or Friday, Ballard said.As an additional precaution, the NFL and NFLPA are currently in talks to raise the frequency of testing for players and staff. Both the league and union disagree on the use wristbands to identify unvaccinated players. The NFL allows clubs to allow players to wear brightly colored wristbands. This is contrary to the NFLPA's belief.Reich will not be physically present at the Colts but he will continue to be involved in Zoom meetings and remain in touch with players and staff. The team will not name an interim coach. Bubba Ventrone, special teams coordinator, will manage things in practice due to his more time. However Marcus Brady, offensive coordinator, and Matt Eberflus will be there to help him. This report was contributed by ESPN's Mike Wells, and Adam Schefter.
