Atletico's offer, which could be as low at 15 million, would prevent the Gunners from losing him next summer and could allow them to fund Tammy Abraham's move to Chelsea.Atletico was interested in Lacazette's signing in 2017, when he joined Arsenal from Olympique Lyonnais. However, the transfer ban in Spain prevented the move from happening. By allowing Umtiti to leave, they will be able to free up wages and ease financial worries.According to the Athletic, Newcastle United is still looking at Joe Willock, an Arsenal midfielder, but they are also considering Ross Barkley as an option. Liverpool were also thought to be interested in the attacking player but no official bid was made.Sport reports that Jose Mourinho, Roma's boss, has offered Barcelona 15 million for Clement Lenglet, a defender, in an attempt to strengthen his back line. Mourinho, Roma boss, is trying to strengthen his defense and Lenglet, 26, is being targeted. Barcelona want to pay closer to 25m for Lenglet, who has five years left on his contract. Sport believes that negotiations between the clubs could start in the next few days, despite differences in valuation.
