Phoebe Waller Bridge, an award-winning screenwriter, has teamed up with Edinburgh Gin to remind us about one of the most heartbreaking lines in Fleabag and how we will never see another season.AdvertisementWaller-Bridge created the label for the gin bottle's label. She wrote I love you in her script, and Andrew Scott wrote Itll Pass. The Hot Priest is also featured on the bottle, as well as Waller-Bridge's chair that she used during her one-woman show. The inside of the bottle contains Edinburgh Gins Classic London Dry Gin, which is infused with citrus botanicals, juniper, lavender and other essential ingredients.Waller-Bridge stated that Gin and theatre are two of my greatest loves. This bottle was created to show Edinburgh through the eyes and wonder of Fleabag, who made her home in Edinburgh. Every purchase will inspire outrageous, creative conversations over ice and bring back the Fringe festival. Each bottle is 48 British Pounds (approximately $66.50), and 100% of the profits will go to Edinburgh Festival Fringe performers for 2022. The pre-sale starts on July 20.Waller-Bridge wrote, starred, and directed the two seasons Fleabag. It was based on her one woman play. The Edinburgh skyline imagery is a nod to the place where Waller-Bridge first performed Fleabagat at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2013. After the series' success, Amazon Prime Video released a recording of Waller Bridges solo Fleabags Off-Broadway performance. Waller-Bridge was also the showrunner and producer for BBC's Killing Eve season one, which starred Sandra Oh and Jodie Komer.
