The next State of Play showcase for Sony will be Deathloop, a new console exclusive to Arkane Studios. The stream will include a nine-minute glimpse at the first-person time loop adventure. Combat and stealth features will also be featured.Deathloop will be available on PC and PS5 on September 14th, after a few delays. Microsoft and Bethesda are in an unusual position where they will release a game that you can't use on Xbox for a year.The State of Play will also feature updates on third-party and indie games. You won't be able to see anything about Horizon Forbidden West or the God of War sequel. Sony has shown 19 minutes of Horizon Forbidden West gameplay. However, the company is smart to establish expectations about what will not be included to avoid disappointment. Sony encouraged fans to "stay tuned throughout summer" because there will be updates soon.
