IHCL has always valued customer-centricity. Taj being named the World's Strongest Hotel Brand is a testament to this. Our success relies on our focus on diversity to foster an inclusive and diverse workforce. In keeping with our asset light strategy, IHCLs future is dependent on strengthening Owner Relations. IHCL has signed 70 hotels in the past three years. We have therefore identified three veteran and experienced leaders who will institutionalize each of these strategic imperatives.These are the Three New Strategic Functions.Customer Centricity: Ms. Ritika will be responsible for creating business value by customer centricity, relationship management, and insights. Ritika has nearly three decades of experience in customer-centric roles within the company. She brings the right combination of customer focus as well as relationship orientation to this role.Diversity: Ms. Rakhee will assume the role of Diversity Head to help IHCL become a more diverse and inclusive organization. She will be responsible for implementing best practices and developing new ones to encourage diversity and inclusion. Rakhee, a senior leader with nearly 30 years experience at IHCL is well-positioned to lead this strategic initiative.Owner/Partner Management: We continue to pursue asset-light growth and add owners to our family. It is crucial to cultivate and strengthen owner relationships to ensure our future. With over two decades of IHCL experience, Mr. Ram Maheshwari is a seasoned business leader. He has assumed the responsibility for streamlining owner/partner engagement and building strong relationships.These strategic initiatives will be closely managed by the CEO and Managing Director.
