People with disabilities can also be sexual beings! The impact of sex on people with disabilities may be greater than that for those without disabilities. This study involved people with spinal cord injuries and people without disabilities filling out a lengthy questionnaire to assess their sexual self-esteem and depression. Researchers discovered that those with disabilities who felt sexually fulfilled and good about themselves were more likely than others to feel self-esteem high and to be less depressed. People with disabilities had a stronger relationship to their sexual well-being than those without disabilities.P.S.
