Travel Retail Superstars Awards open for nominations

INTERNATIONAL. The Travel Retail Superstars Awards is now open for entries. This award recognizes the best in travel retail, including employees at airports, cruise ports, and downtown stores. These awards will spotlight the many frontline heroes and heroines that have kept the industry afloat through 2020 and beyond.This free event, hosted by The Moodie Davitt Report with support from FILTR.Qingwa digital, design, and communication agency FILTR.Qingwa is open to all and is free to enter. This award recognizes teams that go above and beyond to help others and get the job done to the highest standards.The Star Individual award recognizes people that everyone enjoys to work with and meet in the workplace. These are the people who show up for work and others and who have integrity and passion. They communicate with sincerity and friendliness.Star Story: Individual or Team. The past 18 months of travel retail have presented many challenges to all businesses, in every sector. This award recognizes those who have contributed to workplace stories that bring a smile to the face, feed the soul, and warm the heart.Innovation: Individual or team, Inspiration can strike at any time. But it is especially important in times of change and challenges. This award recognizes those who have made a significant contribution to the company's success by offering new ideas, especially at the company level. These innovative ideas have helped to improve efficiency, profitability, customer service, and other business benefits.Humanity, Leadership and Inspiration: Individual or Team An award that recognizes individuals who show leadership as an action and not just a position and encourage good citizenship through compassion, empathy, and responsibility.Each of the five major award categories will be broken down into four geographical and three department sub-categories to ensure that recognition and celebration of a wide range of employees from all walks of the globe is possible. It should only cover events that occurred between January 2020 and August 2021 (during Covid pandemic).The following headings are suggested for information in any written entry:OverviewPlease describe and define who, what, why and where as succinctly and briefly as possible in a synopsis/introduction.Scope and ReachYou might ask yourself: Who was positively impacted?
