Japan Airlines introduce's 'Sky Wellness Kitchen' with TANITA Cafe

Japan Airlines is known for being innovative when it comes to second meal services. The airline has partnered with TANITA to offer a meal and wellness service on long-haul routes.This is part of JAL AIR's revamped menu. It has been in operation since 2011.Sky Wellness Kitchen for Your Body's Pleasure.TANITA CAF is a concept cafe that promotes mental health and supervises the menu. The Chewing Healthy Salad Bowl is the first item on the menu. It comes with a leaflet explaining the original stretching techniques and the immunity column of TANITA Gymnastics.Direct lifting from the releaseTANITA CAF is focusing on immunity and will offer a unique menu that includes the chewing element. This feature is one of TANITA CAF's key features. It also contains nutrients like protein that can boost immunity. Chewing is believed to activate the brain and improve the immune system, protecting the body against infections from the outside. Under the direction of TANITA CAF, we will be offering new menu items in the future.The item itself is:This menu includes proteins, vitamins, and fiber to boost immunity. Mochi wheat rice is high in dietary fiber, and bubble wrap texture. It also contains root vegetables and clams with iron and zinc. Salt marinated chicken breast with vitamin B6 and tomato sauce with vitamins A, C and E are perfect for healthy salad bowls.This dessert features a creamy pudding made with soy milk, which contains lactic acid bacteria. It has a crushed texture of strawberry sauce and pistachio accents.A leaflet describing health information will be included in the meals.
