Prospective homebuyers looking to purchase their dream home will now have access to affordable housing options. The NAREDCO umbrella will also give homebuyers a sense of confidence and trust. Ashok Mohanani (president, NAREDCO Maharashtra) said that it will boost the Government’s policy of creating Housing for All in 2022.Anarock Research data shows that 58% of 149,000 homes being built in 2020-21 will be in the outer regions of the seven top property markets. The share of new launches in peripheral areas was approximately 53% of the 207,000 homes that were launched in these cities in 2019-20. Ajay Thanekar (president, NAREDCO Ambarnath–Badlapur) said that the location offers affordable properties for buyers from the lower income segment. This is attracting a lot of interest from both end users and investors. In the presence of senior NAREDCO leaders, including Niranjan Hiranandani (National President), NAREDCO; Rajan Bhandelkar (Vice Chairman, NAREDCO Maharashtra); Sandeep Runwal (President Elect, NAREDCO Maharashtra), the inauguration of the new unit was held.Because of its proximity to Mumbai, the Ambarnath–Badlapur region has seen tremendous growth in recent years.
