This gave drivers a challenging test ahead of the Fourth-of- July race. Competitors had to race for position only for 62 laps on the road course, which was more than four miles long.Elliott did well in these circumstances and crossed the finish line five seconds faster than Christopher Bell, his second win of this season.Final Results1. Kyle Larson showed what could happen when you become too aggressive.As the race progressed, the challenges increased with top competitors and big names finding themselves off the track.William Byron started on the pole, and won Stage 1 with a caution after 14 laps.The second stage saw more movement, which was both good and not so good. This led to significant changes in the leaderboard during the middle part of the race.Matt DiBenedetto and Austin Cindric fought for the lead. However, Tyler Reddick won Stage 2. Cindric had to abandon the race due to mechanical problems, and the other leaders chose to pit before the stage ended.Chase Elliott won the second half of this race, making multiple moves to the front to take control of the action and position himself to win.Elliott was the only person to lead the third stage, with the exception of a few pitting changes.He had built a gap between himself and second place of just a few seconds. It was obvious that a caution would ruin his chances at winning. He spun a few times, but the yellow flag didn't arrive. Instead Elliott found the checkered flag.The No. The No. 9 car maintained a perfect pace and won easily.Next week, the Cup Series will be returning to an oval track for the Quaker State400 at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
