You can go surfing in the morning, and ski at night. Everyone can become a star in this place, provided that you pay the Walk Of Fame folks to give one. So, they launched a new campaign called Your Comeback starts Here. It was assisted by Shepard Fairey, who created Andre The Giant has A Posse and the Barack Obama Hope poster. Fairey's contribution to the campaign is (via Deadline). Shepard Fairey worked with Studio Number One, House Industries, and created a new logo to represent Los Angeles. It can be seen at the end (which is, but you won't believe it if you guess that it's just the name Los Angeles in a slightly stylized font set against the setting sun. That logo can be put on a tank and sold to tourists.A logo for a city should not be expected to meet high standards. We don't give a damn, but we do. This logo is almost as boring as the Warner Bros. Although this logo is almost as boring as the Warner Bros., it was not created by Shepard Fairey. Los Angeles is what we are referring to! La La Land! Celebrity City! The logo should feature the face of a famous individual, or preferably someone who is deceased and cannot sue. Warner Bros. The Discovery logo featured a Maltese Falcon quote. Maybe they could just place the trendy Los Angeles name in front Humphrey Bogarts' face, instead of a sunset. That is a city young people would love.
