The Lilu Massage Bra lets you pump a little more milk a little easier

Despite being a mother writer, I did not buy my first nursing bra until after I had my second child. Because I work in my own home, breastfeeding is easy for me. I didn't think I would need a nursing bra. (Because I'm at home, I don't pump as much.)Here's the flip side: I hate pumping (before bed, if I missed a feeding) I don't feel as if I produce as much milk when I breastfeed. Some research has shown that baby's suckling may be more effective than breast pumping. Holding the bottles causes fatigue in my arms. Even though I have never experienced one, I worry about clogged ducts. It is mostly something I fear. The Lilu Massage Bra is a hands-free bra that pumps milk. It mimics compression massage and helps increase and maintain milk supply. It has been three weeks since I started using it to write this article. It works, and I like it.Is the Lilu Massage Bra really effective? The first question you might ask is, Do you pump more milk if you wear this bra? When I've used Lilus bras while pumping, it has been a revelation that I've pumped more milk than usual, even at the end, when my supply is at its lowest. I believe the bras compression massageis quite relaxing and helps me empty my breasts better. The brand claims that you can pump 50 percent more milk per session. Although I haven't noticed any significant increase in my milk production, I did notice a slight improvement.I'm not sure what to make of the claims regarding increasing and maintaining milk supply. I have never had a problem with my milk supply and I don't plan to increase it. Although I do notice an increase in milk supply when I use this bra, it is not noticeable. If you use this bra in a regular pumping regimen, it may have an effect on your overall supply. How does the Lilu Massage Bra feel?I am afraid of products for motherhood and baby that promise the moon, and come with multiple-page instruction packets. (Just the other night, I spent 30 minutes on my kitchen floor installing a battery into a play-sink for my two year-old. I thought it would take two minutes. However, using Lilus bras is very simple. It is easy to follow the directions. Even if they weren't written, it would be easy to follow the instructions and use the bra.Once you're done wearing your bra, all you need to do is push a button to begin the massage. It's that simple: The massager can work at both high and low speeds. What is it good at (and what are its flaws)?Anybody who has ever bought maternity clothes (bras included), knows how difficult it can be to find the right size. The Lilus website has a great sizing chart that is simple to use. The chart recommends sizing for Lilu (S - XL) based on your bra size. This bra is functional and does the job. It also makes pumping easier (no hands!) This is.There are some drawbacks. My first impression upon opening the Lilu was that I thought it was too heavy. However, it doesn't feel heavy when it is on. It comes with a cute bag, but it is difficult to fit the bra and bulky parts of the massage. The bra's clasp is also a little too cheap for me.The Lilus noise stands out in a market that is full of semi-silent, sleek wearable pumps (the Willow and the Elvie). Although it is not discreet or quiet, I doubt it was intended to be. It doesn't really matter to me. It is used in my living room, when the children are asleep. I would trade some noise and clunk to gain efficacy. It's good for who? It's difficult to decide who the Lilu massage bra is most suitable for. It's a good product and I will continue to use it. However, I don't know if the Lilu would be something I would buy again. I didn't think I would need or love it. The bra is also very expensive. However, the company says that it can be paid for using funds from a Flexible Spending account or Health Savings account. Check with your insurance company to confirm eligibility. You might find it irritating (and more time-intensive) if you have to change your bra several times per day if you work in an office. I have tried it. The bra can be worn over a nursing bra according to the company. (But I think it's more fun to just hold the pump than undressing and dressing up for pumping sessions. This bra could be right for you if you work in an office, are tired of holding your breasts up every three hours, or just want to relax for a while. It was a pleasant surprise to me that the bra allows you to relax a bit. That's one of the biggest benefits I have noticed. Although it is a hassle to wear a bra while pumping (it is just another thing you need), the Lilu helps to reduce stress and work. Research has shown that relaxation can help increase milk supply and decrease the amount of milk you have to remove. It would be a great gift for a friend or family member. The Lilu is a great option if you are stressed about pumping or sick of pumping on your own.
