It is my responsibility as a tech writer to inform you which products are best for your needs. However, I feel that it is also my unspoken obligation to inform you about any gaps in the market for products that don't exist or barely exist. In this light, I created the Logitech G915 65 in a plea to have a low-profile keyboard that was 65% better. This week, I'm submitting a request for an even more unusual and non-existent product: An ergonomic gaming mouse. It was there, I said it. It might sound absurd to combine the terms ergonomic and gaming mouse. But I don't care. I'm no longer in school and although I'm not quite in my 30s, my mouse hand (almost) and arm feel more like middle age. This could be due to the amount of computer work I do, but I digress. This is my profession, and I don't know how to change it.I currently swap mice and use a controller to play non-competitive games. This keeps most of my repetitive strain injuries (RSIs) under control. My favorite gaming mouse is the one that causes me the most pain. I have to limit my use of it.I'm sure that Im not the only one dealing with this. While there are many gaming mice on the market, very few offer a palm grip that is comfortable and with a good angle to the wrist. Most mice are designed for aggressive claw grips. While claw grips can make you more competitive, they are not very healthy. With the claw grip's strength and flat design that places your wrist parallel to your desk, you have plenty of chances for muscle and joint pain. It's not easy to be a pro gamer. Please make an ergonomic palm grip gaming mouseWhere can I find the relief I need? Humanscale designed Razers Pro Click. I was very pleased with this mouse. It has a great, large shape and a good angle. It is also lightweight and wirelessly connectable. Although it is advertised as an office mouse (it's really just a wolf dressed in sheepskin), its greatest problem is that it only comes in white. This doesn't match my setup and many others. There will always be a concession: Gaming performance. The heavier and more comfortable mouse, the better your gaming performance. Logitechs MX Vertical mouse has been a great help in times of need. It is very difficult to click with a mouse that is too sideways. This would not work in FPS games. There is a fine balance. However, I believe there is a market for an ergonomic gaming mouse that is well-balanced. It doesn't place a high priority on competitive gaming performance but instead provides comfort for casual gaming.Recommendations of Editors
