Despite the deluge of negative travel news, it is nice to see simple acts of kindness have some meaning.It is unlikely that the pilot knew Jason's identity or even who Jason was. It is difficult for pilots, flight crew and staff in the travel industry, but it is still nice to see them doing small things for customers.
